A notorious Los Angeles hitman is drawn into an assassination plot that turns out to be much more complex than it initially appeared in this period martial arts adventure starring Rhett Giles. But the more Scholar learns about his target, the harder he falls for her. Ultimately, Scholar chooses to protect Sue from his own team of assassins, in the process discovering an explosive secret about both sisters.
