 These slippers are a DREAM! May 13, 2011

I just got these today and I can't stop wearing them! I literally feel like I'm walking on marshmallows! They are smaller than in the picture, but SO worth the $24.99! They are so warm and comfortable, and they fit perfectly! I was a little apprehensive of ordering a medium, even though I wear a 6-7, but they fit nicely. If you like fun, comfy footwear then I highly recommend them!

I love Happy Feet slippers. They are so comfortable and warm, plus they have the fun footwear characteristic you can only get away with in slippers. I am currently on my 3rd pair and will continue to ask for new ones whenever my old ones get worn out. I need a new pair about every 2 years.

HORRENDOUS customer service--the worst offender being the company's PRESIDENT, who took over responding to my emails when I asked for a full refund after the product I ordered was never delivered. The reviews for these slippers are not all in one location, since they are all separated by each different color, but I suggest you peruse some of them--once this ordeal began, I realized that people have complained on Amazon, the business' FB page, and even the BBB about very similar inappropriate behavior by the business' president and terrible customer service.
3 weeks after I ordered the product, it had not been delivered, and I randomly received an email saying I was receiving a refund (minus shipping costs). I responded and repeatedly told them that I had checked the shipping information multiple times and it was all correct. They refused to re-ship the product. The president blamed FedEx/USPS and then blamed the building where it should have been delivered and then went back to saying that I must have given incorrect information. Initially, all I wanted was for them to re-ship the order. The only option they gave me was to use the refund to purchase the product again and then they offered to reimburse the second set of shipping costs. At that point, I told them that this had already been way more hassle than the product was worth and that I did not feel comfortable that they would ensure that the second order would arrive, and I certainly didn't trust them to make a reimbursement. The president sent me multiple emails--even after I stopped responding to him--about how confused he was as to why I was upset, combatively asking how I could think that his company was in-the-wrong at all, how I clearly didn't seem to want to resolve the issue, etc. It was the most childish and unprofessional set of emails I have ever received, and it is shocking that they came from the president of a business.

I chose 5 stars as it exceeded my expectations!!! These slippers are very comfortable. I'd reccomend these slippers to anyone.
