Far from boring
This is the best fitness video I've ever done! The others are too boring and slow moving- I have done this video every other day for over a year- mix it with cardio and it's a perfect work out!

Love this DVD
This was my first step into doing yoga, something I've been thinking about starting for a long time. And I gotta say, it's incredible! For a beginner, and to go at your own pace in your home, it's perfect.

Great Workout!
Getting back into working out and practicing yoga. I'm a beginner/intermediate and this DVD is perfect for yoga and for firming up! I felt it all over - body and mind. Great for beginners and for the advanced. Go at own pace and can individually intesify each posture. Just great!
