Nothing really like it
This is an awsome workout and relaxation yoga program... Ive tried others, and theres really nothing like it.... Personally I think this is the best!

MTV Yoga is the Best
I've tried several different yoga tapes and MTV yoga with Kristen is by far the best. She guides you through the workout, and the moves are easy enough for a first timer. With other videos I always felt I wasn't getting a good workout because I spent so much time trying to figure out how to do the moves and keep up. With this video you go at a pleasant pace and know you're getting a great workout at the same time. I've told all of my friends about it and have gotten several into the practice of yoga because of MTV Yoga. I will never do another workout video besides this one!! Thanks MTV keep it up!!!
